导入time
给本地时间设定一个变量
打开本地文件，赋值
定义一个空列表
循环文件内容，添加入空列表
写入内存并关闭列表
下一步执行列表插入操作找到你要插入的行数，插入内容即可
定义变量，写入所有信息
打开文件，写入信息
关闭文件
网页会生成如下内容
此方法只适合简单的静态网页自动插入，需要知道自己要插入的行，不适合复杂的网页。
